How to choose and fit it

Size and extraction. Work out the room volume (length x width x height in metres), multiply by the air changes per hour you want (about 8 to 10 for a bathroom, 15 for a kitchen, more for a workshop) and pick a fan whose CMH matches. This series gives 280 CMH.

Fitting. Fix in the wall or window opening and connect to a switched point. The in-built shutter closes when the fan is off. The low wattage suits a bathroom fan left running.

Ordering. Quote item code FEXDOVE049P with the quantity.

Where it is used

• Bathrooms and toilets that run the fan for long hours
• Bedrooms and kitchens where noise matters
• Hotels, hospitals and offices
• Homes on inverter backup
