Adels-Contact DS strips are 12-pole screw terminal strips with a wire protector: the screw presses on a protector plate rather than on the conductor, so fine-stranded, stranded and solid wires are clamped without damage. Adels-Contact is a German specialist in connecting technology for lighting and building installation: terminal blocks, screwless connectors and pluggable connector systems.

Four sizes cover rated cross-sections of 2.5, 6, 10 and 16 mm² (24 to 76 A). All carry EN 60998, UL and CSA approvals. Each size has its own page; prices are on request.

How it is wired

  1. Fix the strip in place in the panel, luminaire or enclosure.

  3. Tighten the clamping screw to the stated torque with a suitable screwdriver.
