The Ralli Wolf RCP180 is a 1400 W rotary car polisher for applying polish and wax and correcting swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation. Six speed settings from 600 to 3000 rpm let you start slow to spread compound and finish faster for gloss, and a self-locking switch keeps it running through long passes. The D-handle supports polishing in every direction, and it comes with a rubber backing disc and a polishing bonnet on its M14 spindle. It weighs 3 kg.

Choosing the right surface tool

A wall chaser cuts straight grooves in walls for conduits and pipes. A drywall sander smooths walls and ceilings before painting, with built-in dust extraction. A car polisher runs a soft pad at low, controllable speed to bring paint back to a gloss. Use the speed control: low for polishing and finishing, higher for cutting back.

Where it is used

  • Car and bike paint polishing and waxing
  • Removing swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation
  • Detailing studios and service centres

Frequently asked questions

Which should I choose — the RCP180 or the RWS180?

The RCP180 polishes paint and finishes with a soft bonnet; the Ralli Wolf RWS180 sands walls and ceilings with dust extraction.

What speed should I use on the RCP180?

Start on a low setting to spread the compound without throwing it, then raise the speed to cut and finish. Keep the pad flat and moving so the paint never gets hot in one spot.

What comes with the RCP180?
