Working with a heat gun

Use the low setting for shrinking heat-shrink sleeves and tubing, softening adhesives and bending plastic pipe, and the high setting for stripping paint and soldering work. Keep the nozzle moving, hold it a few centimetres from the work, and let the gun cool on its stand before storing it.
