Ralli Wolf RIW21V Cordless Impact Wrench – 21 V, 380 N·m, 1/2" Drive, 2 × 4000 mAh

The Ralli Wolf RIW21V is a 21 V cordless impact wrench that runs nuts and bolts on and off with up to 380 N·m of torque. Its 1/2-inch square drive with friction ring takes standard impact sockets for bolts up to 24 mm diameter, and the forward/reverse selector makes it just as quick at removing them. It weighs about 1.6 kg and comes with two 4000 mAh Li-ion battery packs and a charger — for wheel changes, structural bolting and machine maintenance away from a socket.

Getting the best from a cordless tool

Charge a new battery fully before first use and store packs part-charged in a cool, dry place. Li-ion cells do not need to be run flat, so top them up between jobs. Where the tool is supplied with two battery packs, one can charge while the other works, so the job never waits for the charger.

Where it is used

• Installation work away from a power point — panels, cable trays, roofs and towers
• Maintenance vans and service kits
• Workshops and homes where a cord gets in the way
