Rotary hammer or demolition hammer?

A rotary hammer drills holes in concrete and masonry with SDS-plus bits; the higher its impact energy (in joules), the faster and larger the holes it drills. Models with a third mode also chisel. A demolition (breaker) hammer only chisels: it is for breaking slabs, floors and walls, and its heavier body and higher impact energy do the work.
