The Ralli Wolf RW22-3M is a three-mode SDS-plus rotary hammer: drill, hammer-drill and chisel. Its 800 W copper-wound motor gives 2.2 J of impact energy at up to 4400 blows a minute and 0–1400 rpm, so it drills 22 mm holes in concrete quickly and switches to chiselling for chases, tile removal and light chipping. A safety clutch, sealed-grease lubrication and variable speed with reverse are standard, and at 2.5 kg it is the lightest rotary hammer in the range.

A rotary hammer drills holes in concrete and masonry with SDS-plus bits; the higher its impact energy (in joules), the faster and larger the holes it drills. Models with a third mode also chisel.
