The Ralli Wolf RW-CV35 is a handheld electric concrete vibrator that compacts fresh concrete in slabs, beams and columns. An 850 W copper-armature motor spins a 35 mm needle on a 1.5 m wire-braided hose at 4000 rpm, driving out trapped air so the concrete fills the formwork. A lock-on feature — press the start and lock buttons together — lets it run all day without holding the switch. It is double insulated and weighs just 2 kg.

How a needle vibrator compacts concrete
The motor spins the needle, which vibrates and drives trapped air out of freshly poured concrete so it fills the formwork and wraps the reinforcement. Lower the needle vertically, hold it until air bubbles stop rising, then withdraw it slowly; insert it again about 1.5 times its radius of action away. Avoid touching the formwork or bending the hose sharply.
