Frequently Asked Questions

What is the FS2-150 for?

It is a 150 watt modular folding solar panel that works on both the 24 volt and the 70 volt platform. It is ordered as a single item, so it suits both a first purchase and a replacement.

Will the FS2-150 work with my light?

It is a 24 V / 70 V platform accessory, so it works with 24 V / 70 V products only. The 24 V and 70 V platforms do not share batteries, chargers or drivers - check which platform your light is on before you order.

How does solar change the running cost?

A battery light already costs nothing to run beyond the electricity it charges on. Add a panel and it charges from daylight instead - no fuel deliveries, no generator hours and no emissions, which is what makes the range viable on remote sites and in environmentally sensitive locations.

What can the FS2-150 charge?

Any product on either platform, through the matching MPPT controller - the S24-150 on 24 V, or the S70-150 or S70-750 on 70 V. On the 70 V platform the array can be built up to 750 W.

How long does delivery take for the FS2-150?

Fast-moving items are usually available from stock in Bhilai and Raipur; the rest are called off against the manufacturer lead time. Call +91 9340081159 or email support@jaient.in with the model and quantity and we will confirm the same working day.

Is the FS2-150 sold separately?

Yes. This page is the accessory on its own, so you can add one to equipment you already have, or hold a spare.
