Polycab Non-ISI PP Circular Box - Through (2 Way) is a round polypropylene (PP) junction box, not ISI marked, with two entries opposite each other and a lid, for 20 and 25 mm conduit. It is used at a light point in the middle of a straight run, and a pull point that breaks a long run so the wires draw in easily. It is the non-ISI polypropylene version of the circular box, with the same entry layout and packs as the ISI box, for jobs where the specification does not call for ISI-marked fittings.

Installation notes

Fix the box first, then cut the conduit to length and push it fully into the entry - the PP box is a push fit (PVC solvent cement does not bond polypropylene).

Set concealed boxes so the lid sits flush with the finished plaster or ceiling - joints must stay accessible, so never plaster over a lid.

Make joints inside the box with proper connectors, keep the earth continuous, and close the lid once the wiring is tested.
