HEX HEXPRESS Crimping Dies – Die Sets for the F1-185, G-400, G1-400, HY-400 and HY-1000 Crimping Tools

HEXPRESS crimping dies are the numbered dies that fit the die-type HEXPRESS tools. Each die number is matched to one lug size, which is what makes a compression crimp repeatable: the same shape and depth on every joint. HEXPRESS is the crimping-tool range of HEX - the brand of Brass Copper & Alloy (I) Ltd., Mumbai, an ISO 9001 company - sold alongside the HEX cable lugs, terminals and ferrules it is sized to crimp.

Five sets are listed: round-profile dies R-1 to R-13 for the F1-185 (the hexagon-die F1-185 takes hexagon dies of the same numbers), hexagon dies H-50 to H-400 for the G-400 and G1-400, and dies R-11 to R-18 and R-11 to R-29 for the hydraulic HY-400 and HY-1000. Die number R-8 does not exist for any HEXPRESS tool. Prices are on request.
