Installation notes

Pick the size from the pump motor current and the depth: longer drops need a larger size to keep the voltage drop at the motor within limits.

Fix the cable to the riser pipe with cable clamps or ties every few metres, and leave a loop at the top to take up the pipe movement.

Make the joint to the motor lead with a proper submersible cable-jointing kit, not tape.
