How to choose and specify it

Standard and voltage. BS 6231 covers single-core PVC switchgear wiring cable at 600/1000 V (types BK 70 °C and CK 90 °C - the catalogue does not say which type Polycab makes, so we confirm it); IS 694 covers PVC cables up to 450/750 V. If your specification asks for halogen-free panel wiring, tell us - IS 17048 is the HFFR standard and needs an HFFR wire.
