How to choose and fit it

Layout. Place bollards along paths and garden edges at a distance that gives even pools of light - usually closer for the downward-lighting umbrella and cone shapes than for the 360° cylinder; send us the plan for a layout.

Fitting. Cast a concrete base with the anchor bolts and a conduit for the underground cable, bolt the bollard down, and make the connection in a weatherproof junction or inside the bollard base as supplied. Earth the bollard and feed the circuit through a 30 mA RCD. It runs on 220 to 240 V AC. Isolate the supply before work; a qualified electrician should install it.
