What "8 + 6 + 12" means. 8 modules for the main incomer, 6 modules for the three per-phase sub-incomers and 12 single-pole outgoing ways (4 on each phase).

How many ways. Count the circuits you need now - lighting, sockets, air conditioners, geyser, kitchen, pump - and add a few spare ways for circuits you may add later.
