HEX HEXPRESS Crimping Tools for Insulated Terminals & End-Sealing Ferrules – 0.25 to 16 sq mm

HEXPRESS terminal and ferrule crimpers are the small tools of panel and control wiring: they crimp insulated ring, fork, pin and snap-on terminals and end-sealing (bootlace) ferrules from 0.25 to 16 sq mm. HEXPRESS is the crimping-tool range of HEX - the brand of Brass Copper & Alloy (I) Ltd., Mumbai, an ISO 9001 company - sold alongside the HEX cable lugs, terminals and ferrules it is sized to crimp.

Six are ratchet tools - the jaws stay closed until the crimp reaches full depth, so every joint is the same - and two (HEXPRESS-19 and -20) are plier-type ferrule crimpers. Each tool has its own page; prices are on request.
