How to choose and fit it

Wattage. Polycab lists this Gliss COB downlight in 7, 12 or 18 W. 7 W is an accent or passage light; 12 W a general downlight at about one per 25 to 35 sq ft of floor; 18 W for higher ceilings or brighter retail displays.

Colour. 3000 K warm white gives a relaxed, yellowish light for bedrooms, living rooms and restaurants; 4000 K neutral white is a balanced white for offices and shops; 6500 K cool white is the brightest-looking, for kitchens, work areas and utility spaces.

Fitting. Cut the ceiling to the size on the installation sheet (ask us for it - polycab.com does not list cut-outs for this series), connect as the pack shows and push the fitting in; the deep lens keeps the LED out of the direct line of sight.
