Raytech Wonder Gel is a ready-to-use insulating gel in a 280 ml cartridge. It is single-component and already cross-linked, so there is nothing to mix and no waiting: squeeze it into the enclosure with a standard gun and close the lid. Raytech is an Italian manufacturer that specialises in gel-based insulation for electrical connections: pre-filled gel boxes and joints that are ready to use straight from the pack, and insulating gels and rubbers for filling joints, boxes and enclosures.

It protects connections in empty enclosures from moisture, oxidation, corrosion and insects, stays soft for good and gives IP68 in a suitable casing. It comes in light green (Wonder Gel) and transparent (Wonder Gel Invisible).

How to use it

1. Fit the cartridge in a standard sealant gun and cut the dosing nozzle.
