HEX Lightning Protection Saddles & Rod Brackets – Ridge, Flat, Light-Duty & Multi-Purpose

A lightning-protection system is only as good as its fixings. HEX saddles and brackets hold air terminals and conductors securely on flat roofs, ridges and walls — made in gunmetal or brass, with aluminium versions for aluminium conductors. Made by HEX, the brand of Brass Copper & Alloy (I) Ltd., Mumbai — an ISO 9001 company whose products are tested by CPRI (India), UL (USA), KEMA (Netherlands) and SIRIM (Malaysia).

Why choose HEX fixings

• Roofs or walls — multi-purpose saddles mount horizontally on roofs or vertically on walls.
• Round conductor or tape — the same saddle takes 8 mm round conductor or 25 × 3 mm flat tape.
• Correct stand-off — side-mounting brackets hold the rod 75 mm clear of the wall face.
• Metals matched to the conductor — gunmetal/brass for copper, aluminium on request.
