Choose by the room class, by where the fitting will be serviced from and by the IP rating your clean-room specification requires.

Polycab shows one drawing for all four wattages, so choose the wattage for the light level - 20 W for air-locks and corridors, 36 or 45 W for typical work areas and 60 W for high-lux areas; the room size sets how many fittings you need. Size. Polycab's drawing shows it as about 585 x 585 mm (±5 mm); the depth is not clear on the drawing, so we confirm the depth and the ceiling cut-out with the order, before the ceiling is cut.

Fitting. Polycab customises the mounting to the ceiling type, so tell us your ceiling (grid, PoP or walkable panel) when you order. Seal the joint between the fitting and the ceiling as your clean-room protocol requires. It runs on 220 to 240 V AC. Isolate the supply before work; a qualified electrician should install and earth the fitting.
